Evening hot-spring experience requires payment of a per-person fee. A shuttle service to and from nearby ski areas are available between 09:00 and 22:00, if requested in advance. It is available to and from nearby hot-spring baths after 19:30. To eat dinner at the property, a reservation must be made by 10:00 on the day of check-in.
