Multi-course (kaiseki) Japanese dinners are served at the Shokuji Dokoro Kaiuntei dining room, and require an advance reservation. An advance reservation is needed for the hotel's train station shuttle. The shuttle is provided between 15:00 and 18:00. To eat dinner at the property if not included in your booking, a reservation must be made in advance. Please note, payment is due at check-in. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. Please note that some rooms do not have a view of Mount Fuji.
