It offers free pick-up from Kawaguchiko Train Station with an advance reservation. Mount Fuji or the Misaka Mountains can be seen from the outdoor hot spring bath. Rooms at Hotel Oike are Japanese-style, with traditional futon bedding atop a tatami (woven-straw) floor. Guests can put on a Yukata robe, sip fresh green tea and watch their LCD TV. The hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Station and a 7-minute drive from the Kawaguchiko Interchange (IC) on the Chuo Expressway. Parking is free. Massages offers chances to unwind. A souvenir shop are also on site. Tea Lounge Peppermint is open from 07:00-21:00 daily. Free shuttles are only available between 14:30-19:00.
