Location is excellent. Beds are really comfortable. The staff is really helpful and friendly, especially the concierge. He checks with us if we need help for the Grab taxi as the driver could not find the hotel. He helped us to talk to the driver without us asking. Excellent service 

Hotel is a little worn out but still ok.
