Das Badezimmer war bereits in die Jahre gekommen, und an der Dusche war deutlich Schimmel erkennbar. Der Spa-Bereich wurde rund eine halbe Stunde vor der offiziellen Schließzeit abgeschlossen, ohne zuvor zu prüfen, ob sich noch Gäste darin aufhielten.
