Wir mussten kurzfristig unsere Buchung stornieren und das Hotel hat uns zusätzlich zur Stornierungsgebühr eine volle Zimmerrate berechnet, die wir natürlich beanstandet haben. Telefonisch ist das Hotel nicht zu erreichen, auf E-Mails (auch E-Mails von HRS) bekommt man keine Antwort. Nie wieder !
