Friendly staff

big hole in bed duvet cover (big enough for my fist), next morning after room service the same cover was just turned over so was obviously deemed as acceptable and not replaced.

car parking meant I had to get back to my car at a 8am or get a fine. Shower was weak. Heating relied on a portable heater. Food in the restaurant was VERY poor. All in all, bad experience
