Good location near to metro station

My average room rate was JPY33,700 per night. However, when I request for late check out (usual check out was at 11am) as my flight out was a red-eye flight, they charge JPY3,000 per hour -> up to 6pm latest check out time, I need to pay another JPY21,000 for like a half day extension. At other hotels, they usually just charge half the day's room charge for such half day extension. So I find their hourly extension is too expensive. There should be flexibility to charge lower for a straight half day extension at just half the room rate instead of only based on hourly extension rate.
