Positive good beds Negative restaurant service was not very good, we were rushed through the meal. The minute i put my fork down after my last bite of the starter the waiter came in with the main course. Not very friendly either.

Positive The hotel was within easy driving distance for Ironbridge and the many interesting things to see. Negative Under the heading 'regarding the hotel how would you evaluate'- breakfast/food. I gave this a low rating because on day one the breakfast was ok. but on day two the breakfast plates were cold as was the breakfast.

Negative The staff in the hotel tried a bit too agressive to get a written feedback/evaluation and provided a corresponding form. If the stay is very short only (one night), this is not very convenient and reduce the pleasure about the good hotel a bit.
