Positive Stayed in this hotel on numerous occassions not always a noisy room .this time had the unfortunate displeasure ofa noisy neighbour with an adjoining door. Everytime he entered / left his room the adjoining door rattled and banged. Im sure if i had complai Negative Hotel had no record of my reservation.clerk on the desk was not english and did not seam to know what to do.was not offered a drink while this was sorted although when booking was sorted they did give me a voucher for a drink in the bar . .do not use the

Positive Room service charge over looked as I was on crutches. Lovely place though just wish I'd had the energy to try out the pool Negative Wanted to go to the bar but lift out of order and in crutches. Alot of dust around the brasserie partition and cobwebs in the room.
