Hotel location
Evaluations of Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan SoHo Village
great location, clean, comfortable, friendly staff.
wifi too slow and unreliable for work. No light switch next to bed was annoying.
location is pretty good, close distance to SAP, to a metro station and to many small restaurants within walking distance
The room was noisy even though I was on 16th floor, the AC was so noisy that you couldn't keep it on at night...had to cool the room and turn off over night. Otherwise all other equipment in the room was in good condition.
Enjoyed my stay. Close to the NYC Office.
The included breakfast is a choice of cereal with toast. Too many carbs. There are other options for an additional cost. Not worth getting with the breakfast.
clean, good room quality, well located close to public transportation
breakfast voucher / concept wasn't clear (nor clarified) // breakfast pretty expensive (but good)
Very pleasant staff, close to transit
HVAC unit was noisy, furniture was a bit worn.
Hotel is within walking distance to the SAP office. Nice neighborhood with lots of good restaurants nearby.
The room was pretty noisy and the window wasn't air tight so cold air came in. This wasn't just in my room - other colleagues mentioned the same. Be sure to bring ear plugs if you want to sleep!
airconditioning is extremly loud
Nice hotel with very friendly staff.
The air-conditioning was extremely loud and it would have been impossible to sleep without ear-plugs. There seemed to be some confusion as to what kind of breakfast was included in the SAP // this should be clarified. Some people got a voucher for a continental breakfast, others for a full American breakfast. The rooms were ok but nothing special. Staff members were friendly and helpful.
Aside from this hotel being close to the SAP office location, i don't think the price/ value ratio is fair. Far too expensive for what you get. Standard rooms, priced high, are very tight. There is no refrigerator, something that is a standard in other much lower priced hotels. Items in the room, such as the desk chair are getting run down. The back of the chair was brittle and worn off - room service left a bit to be desired. Elevator waits are interminable.
