Very friendly staff. Decent common areas, restaurant, and lobby.

For a Marriott property, the hotel was very outdated and is badly in need of a remodel. I spend a lot of time in Marriott Hotels, and this one didn't measure up. I've been in nicer FairField's for a lot less $. It wasn't dirty or anything, just old and tired. The mattress also wasn't up to the usual Marriott standard. It seemed old an uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, clean room, good food.

Exercise equipment in dire need of updating. Staff forgot to provide free breakfast coupons at check-in.
