Positive This is an older hotel and not the most fashionable, but it is very high quality. Great Italian restaurant in house. One of the best work out rooms I've seen, and a very nice pool and sauna both in great working condition. And the staff was VERY FRIEND

Positive Always have a good experience here. The front desk staff are always very helpful. Negative Didn't get a balcony this time. However, in all fairness, I didn't request a balcony room either.

Positive Clean, centrally located (and only a few minutes from the Bosch Cleveland office in Brook Park), great food in the restaurant, ample parking, and excellent response times if there's a problem. Negative There's no clear way to turn on the ventilation in the bathroom.
