Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Especially fond of the front desk, Christian is a gem! great breakfast buffet and wonderful staff serving breakfast. the refrigerator in the room is a great plus
Concierge food was not its usual quality. Ran out of items and food and coffee cold. Ended up not using the services and had breakfast downstairs instead. My room was not cleaned all day and coffee items were not replaced.
The staff here is fantastic. Recent renovations have improved the hotel and changes to their restaurant has resulted in a big improvement.

I arrived after a much delayed flight at 10:45. I immediately order room service. I finally called at 11:19 and asked them what the delay was. They said they would check on it. I then had to call two more times. It arrived at almost 11:45 and the service person apologized profusely, said the order hadn't been called into them until 11:19. It appears to me the front desk clerk who took the order totally forgot to give it to the food staff. I also had to call because the TV was fuzzy on all the channels (new flat screen). The service technical was very polite, said he'd have to adjust it ´´up above´´ which I guess met the roof. I then had to call because the heat wouldn't work. The first engineer couldn't fix it and he called the second engineer (same one who said he'd fix the TV) and they had to replace the thermostate at 11:45 pm. I asked about the TV and they said a TV repairman would have to come tomorrow. Well, its tomorrow and I'm here another night and the TV is still the same. The room service lady did go down and comped me my salad from my dinner for my trouble. I really feel the front desk manager should have at least called or sent me a note apologizing for all the problems. I arrived late, I was very tired and all the problems didn't help. I am a platinum Marriott member and really felt like either the management weren't alerted that there might be an unhappy guest or they didnt' care.
