The location was great for our first trip to the city of Boston. The staff was extremely helpful in helping us get ready and understanding our concerns about being in the city. The room setup was perfect for our family. We enjoyed having a kitchen to do breakfasts and snacks. Everything we needed was right there.

We were missing some little things like salt and pepper. The cab driver had a hard time getting us to the apartments from the airport, but after we knew where we were this was no longer a problem.
