Positive receptionist male was very friendly. I liked the environment, style. Negative When we arrived instead of double bedroom we were offered twin room. Not sure why? I had to prove it that I ordered double and I need double. The receptionist said that is fine she has got one left.... and she needs to redo the card. I know that twin room
