Positive The place is located in Chicago's South Loop. You can reach the L and Union Station quickly. The SAP Office in Downers Grove is a bit further outside, so that you can take the BNSF train from Union Station or a cab. The internet connection in the room Negative Due to the fact that it's in the city center, you can hear a bit of traffic. But I had no issue with it. Furthermore, some parts of the room fell apart, but overall it was clean.

Positive Everyone very helpful finding places to eat, and getting to our destination in Chicago. Negative Lots of noise from outside. Lots of noise from hallway with doors and hotel employees yelling down hall at each other.
