The track starts in the beautiful Neuhausen-Nymphenburg at the Hubertus fountain. It was built according to the design of Adolf von Hildebrands between 1903 and 1907. Please enter the roofed temple if you have a little more time, because the actual fountain is located here. It is decorated with the statue of a deer. Now off we go along the southern Auffahrtsallee!

After a loop around Lake Badenburger, run along the Canal of the palace garden; the Schloss Nymphenburg is the central point. Together with the park, it is one of the great Royal palaces of Europe and is a much visited tourist attraction. If you have more time in Munich, visit the Castle. The interiors are decorated in a Baroque, Rococo and classicism style, and are partially original. And not only exciting for children is the museum of Man and Nature which is located in the northern part of the castle.

You run a little further along the new botanical garden. This is also worth a detour, especially in the summer months when everything is in bloom and smells quite fantastic. The garden was created in 1914 because of city growth and the accompanying air pollution.

Again, stop at the castle garden channel and leave the park. After about 2 km you reach the Hubertus fountain. Close by you will find the Geyerwally, a comfortable noodle restaurant which offers hearty, home-style cuisine for reasonable prices.
