After 5 pm arrivals you need a code to enter the hotel which you obtain by phone or Reservation confrimation email FROM THE HOTEL . Same day arrivals check your mail or call. There is a checking in - machine which helps you to easily get your room keys upon arrival for times when the reception is closed. Kids are free upto 2 years in the room of parents. Early checkouts are easily prepared for you.
