I was very disappointed about the price/quality: the roomrate was high (€ 110)esp as there were no important fairs, and i had to pay on top €19 for breakfast and € 13 for parking. On top the dinner (carpaccio and pasta) was very poor, not tasteful and very very fat. As a company we have booked 170 nights at the end of january in 2012 for the Paperworld fair but i have doubts now whether this hotel is a good choice. Also the area around the bar was not very attractive. Sorry it was not good and not a good experience.

Very courtious staff.
 
Had to wait in long check in line several times just to order a taxi. Was given only one bar of soap for the sink and shower over 3 night stay. Had no bar of soap for two days.

Very nice room cleaning and reception personell.
 
No scale available to measure the weight of my luggage. Heater did not work, no alternative room where offered. Unfriendly personell during breakfast buffet service. High expensive room sevice.

good location, good parking, excellent shuttle.
 
A lot of guest have picnics in their rooms which can get a bit noisy in the evening after a "few" drinks-

It is very had to understand the exact location of this hotel. I had in mind that the hotel was in town and when the taxi dropped me at the hotel I discovered that it was a different NH hotel I had the reservation at. In the mean time my room had already been given away at the other hotel so I had to find myself a quick replacement. Better goegraphical desciptions should be added to the Frankfurt NH hotels
