Security Deposit is required by cash or credit card upon check-in date as following details;

-          Accommodation from 1-3 nights, we have to keep your security deposit 3,000 THB per period

-          Accommodation from 4-7 nights, we have to keep your security deposit 5,000 THB per period

-          Accommodation from 8 days up, we have to keep your security deposit 10,000 THB per period

We will collect the 'Security Deposit” for guarantee of any damage & lost of things. We will return the 'Security Deposit” back to the guest on the departure date if we have not find any damage & lost.
