Beach Villas

Occupying their own stretch of sandy shore, these villas afford direct views of the ocean and access to a private beach. Decor is sleek with clean lines, a perfect foil for the tropical wood and thatch exteriors. Large verandas with picturesque outdoor seating areas and sun bed, external showers for after sun refreshment, and comfortable, spacious interiors provide for an indulgent getaway.

Water Villas

Situated above the crystalline waters of the lagoon, Water Villas are connected by walkways from secluded points. A truly sublime retreat, these villas feature outdoor covered terraces on stilts and split-level verandas with steps into the ocean. Netting suspended from its edges are perfect for breezy sunbathing. Please be advised that due to Maldivian law, and for the safety of our guests, children (under 12Years) are not permitted in Water Villas

Duplex Beach Villa

Ideal for families, Duplex Beach Villas consist of two Beach Villas, five metres apart, joined by an external walkway. An expanse of private shoreline stretches directly onto the white sand and inviting waters of the beach. One villa features a King-size bed, the other offers two Queen-size beds.

The Duplex Beach Villas with pool are screened by abundant greenery, offering as much  privacy as required. Each has an outdoor shower and veranda, and a shared 23m² pool.

Grand Water Villas with Pool

Surrounded by chic decking ideal for outdoor relaxation and dining, each of these spectacular villas offers wraparound over-water hammocks, platforms for sun beds, and a 20m² private pool.

Grand Beach Villa

One&Only Reethi Rah’s largest villas, the Grand Beach Villas are nestled in the island’s natural greenery and have a private stretch of beach. Astounding interior space offers one or two bedrooms, separate dining and sitting room, and a spacious bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub designed for two. Shady verandas, ideal for al fresco dining, provide a generous outdoor seating area, a private pool (50m²), and canopied day bed.
