On offer is free secure on-site car parking (limited spaces on a first-come, first-served basis) and the fabulous location means you will be just a few minutes’ walk from many restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. There are 2 dedicated fully accessible bedrooms with en suite wet room – please request at the time of booking. Please note that prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total price, and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. When booking 4 or more rooms bookings will be subject to the following terms and conditions: - The property will require a 100% non-refundable deposit 8 weeks prior to arrival, with the option to cancel up to 3 rooms until 14 days before your arrival date. The hotel will contact the booker to advise of the full T&C's for group bookings and to request the deposit amount. Non-payment of the requested deposit will mean the hotel will cancel the booking for all rooms. - Free cancellation ends 8 weeks prior to check in. - Rooming list, estimated time of arrival and breakfast times (including dietary requirements) should be provided to the property 1 week before arrival.
