The Chequers is located just 7 miles from Oxford. The hotel rooms opened in 2019 and are fully equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi and complimentary use of the telephone, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, iron, rainfall showers, hairdryer and desk. Breakfast basket can be delivered to room for additional charge Secure private parking is available immediately outside the property. All rooms are on the ground level and are situated in a separate building adjacent to the restaurant which has the thatched roof. The property is near the beautiful towns of Oxford, Abingdon-on-Thames and Wallingford, and less than an hour from central London and Bicester Village. A self check-in policy operates on this day, and it is not guaranteed that there will be a member of staff on site. Details will be provided via email or text on how to check in, and whilst hot breakfasts are not served on a Monday a breakfast basket can be provided if requested in advance (a separate charge applies unless breakfast has been included in the room rate).
