All guests are required to present an original and valid passport, visa/Resident Card, or Vietnamese ID card upon check-in. - Resort check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. - Pets are not permitted on the resort premises. Outside food and beverages are not allowed within the resort. - Additional guests will be subject to extra charges in accordance with the resort’s policies. - Cooking by guests is not allowed. If guests would like to cook in the room, a cooking surcharge will be applied as follows: VND 3,000,000 net (for Condotel) per stay or VND 4,000,000 net (for Villa) per stay.
