Your balcony offers outdoor furniture. Aegean Apartments Surfers Paradise are just 5 minutes’ walk from Cavill Avenue, with its many shopping and dining options. Seaworld is a 10-minute drive away. Gold Coast Airport is a 30-minute drive away. Guests can relax in the hot tub, or work out in the fitness centre. The tour desk can book tickets to all Gold Coast theme parks, including Seaworld, Dreamworld and Movie World. Free parking is available on site. The property does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. In particular it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period. Please note that all apartments are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. All guests are required to present a valid photo ID & credit card upon check in. Charges apply to all credit card transactions at the venue of 2% for Visa & Mastercard. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
