Set in its own large garden, Ligure Residence is just 100 metres from the Ligurian coast and its popular beaches. It offers a swimming pool, a terrace, and self-catering accommodation. Each is composed of a comfortable seating area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom. Ligure Residence also offers one-bedroom apartments in a separate building, just a few steps from the main one. Guests staying here will enjoy all services of the residence. You can enjoy relaxing in the garden, where you will find the swimming pool and a well equipped children’s play area, featuring table soccer and table tennis. In the common terrace there are plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The area is ideal for cycling, and the property offers bike-related services such as bike rental, bike storage and a bike-washing area. Bike-maintenance tools are also available on site. Genoa city and Genoa Colombo Airport are a 1-hour drive from the residence.
