The booking may be cancelled if guests fail to respond to the communication or if they cannot pay the deposit. If the booking is made within 1 week of the stay, the payment method can be negotiated. Capsule rooms are housed in the annex building. However, guests who booked a capsule room must check in at the main building as well.
