Beautiful villa called 'Son Penyaflor', from the Xlll century, spacious and comfortable, up to 15 places (12 places + 3 extra beds), with 5 double rooms and 2 single rooms, all with bathroom and safe. Private south-facing garden (un all day), with barbecue-grill and pool.

It is 5 minutes from Alaró (4,000 villagers and all services) and 25 minutes from airport, Palma city and beaches (Alcudia, Pollensa, etc.).

Walking down to Alaró from the house (15 minutes) is a classic here. Another must: after visiting the wineries of the area (also in Alaró), enjoy a wine tasting & barbecue by the pool!

We rent either the full house (12 + 3 places), an apartment (5 + 1 places) or just the rooms (7). In winter, we offer great promotions for full house rentals, per week or more weeks, consecutive or  not.

Optional services: breakfast; cleaning; internet; coins-heating in a very low maintenance house; etc.

The house is very comfortable, in winter and summer.

It is the ideal setting for celebrations up to 150 guests (weddings; family meetings; BBQ parties; companies; birthday parties; etc.). There is also an extra, exclusive and beautiful place just for weddings. It is the perfect place to customize your wedding!

The house is located in Sierra de Tramuntana (world heritage) on the way to Alaró Castle, a 2 hours wonderful hiking from the house. Other recommended excursions-GR 221 routes, from the house: Orient (3 hours); Tossals Verds (3 hours); etc.

The excellent location of the house allows all king of activities: Markets in Alaró, Consell, Inca, etc.; well-known cycling routes (Alaró-Orient-Lloseta-Santa Maria, etc.); renowned wineries in the area (Consel, Binissalem, Santa Maria, etc.); outlet shopping mall (Inca, Festival Park); wonderful restaurants of local cuisine; routes for walking and jogging; GR 221 routes; wonderful beaches (Formentor, etc.); etc.

The house environment is blessed with stunning views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, throughout the year, specially in February (almond blossom) and spring. Open your mind to your dreams... and relax!

This is a very quiet area, where you can breathe a pure and healthy air.

This house is perfect for couples or groups (friends, family, companies, etc.). You can organise outdoor activities all year round. The garden is south-facing (sun all day) and it is well protected by the big house and the mountains.
