Dolphin House apartments have been designed to exude warmth and sophistication, with chairs and sofas upholstered in fabrics created by leading interior designers Fox Linton and cushions covered in bespoke fabrics designed by William Yeoward. A dining table and chairs are included, with a desk providing workspace for those who require it.

On the ground floor of Dolphin Square, the Dolphin Bar & Grill offers a convenient option for dinner, and on-site shops in the Dolphin Shopping Arcade provide an opportunity for residents to stock their kitchen without having to venture into town.

The proximity of the Dolphin Square to Westminster has inevitably led to its popularity in the corridors of power. Many politicians have lived here in the past. In 1994 alone there were 59 MPs living in the Square, including 23 Conservatives, 27 Labour, and 9 Liberal Democrat. Christine Keeler and Mandy Rice-Davies, famous for their involvement in the Profumo Affair, were both sub-tenants. At check-in, you must sign a separate agreement with Dolphin House. If your stay is for more than 13 nights, you will need to pay a refundable deposit. For bookings of 10 nights or more, different cancellation policies apply, and cancellation will need to be 10 days prior to arrival.
