Year round – ex peak ( 7 January 2013 – 31 January 2013) then again (11 February 2013 – 12 December 2013) Cancellation: If cancelled up to 7 days prior to the confirmed date of arrival no additional fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in the case of a no-show , 100% of the total booking value will be charged. Prepayment: 10% of the total amount will be charged within 24 hours of booking and is non-refundable. The remainder of the full amount due will be charged 7 days prior to the confirmed date of arrival. Peak – includes mining indaba (1 – 10 February 2013) + (13 Dec 2013 – 05 January 2014) Cancellation: If cancelled up to 30 days prior to the confirmed date of arrival no additional fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the total booking value will be charged. Prepayment: 10% of the total amount will be charged within 24 hours of booking and is non-refundable.
