A 300 EUR pre-authorization is required upon arrival as a security deposit, which will be released after your stay provided the accommodation is returned in good conditions (as per the inventory). In case of a late arrival outside of reception hours, please notify the residence’s reception desk, whose contact information is listed on your booking confirmation. You may also include this information in the “Special Requests” section in addition to your phone call. For stays between 1 to 3 nights, bed linens and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, with the exception of the kitchen and dishes. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linens, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included. Alternatively, a cleaning service is available after booking for an additional charge in Vacancéole Customer Service. Pets are allowed with a maximum of 1 per unit for an additional fee of 12 EUR per day or 65 EUR per week. This option can be added after booking in Vacancéole Customer Service. For group bookings of 5 or more accommodations a full prepayment is required at the time of booking, and free cancellation is available up to 42 days prior to arrival.
