Boasting a hot spring bath and a common lounge with a Japanese-style hearth, Oyado Hachibei offers traditional accommodation that went through a thorough renovation in 2013. Convenient facilities like a coin launderette and free property-wide WiFi are provided. Each guest room is fitted with tatami (woven-straw) flooring and traditional futon bedding. Other in-room facilities include a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. Guests at the Hachibei ryokan can unwind in the public hot spring bath after spending a day exploring Takayama.
