Finding the hotel it the trickiest: there’s no sign, no reception, no indication of where it is. You got to announce yourself to the nearby “hotel park”. That’s very unusual and kind of embarrassing. 
No air condition is a negative thing too. Where you’ll be is a business building with some rooms. The appearance is if you sleep into the office.
