Hotel Island Cottage (Male)

Our guest house offer higher value than most hotels and resorts islands. The rooms are cheaper than any high end resort rooms but you still have all you need for a great vacation. You get access to almost all the activities offered at an expensive resort – at a much cheaper rate.

Experience the Maldives island life while you are on your holiday! Be adventurous and get away from the usual tourist spots and experience traditional fishing, game fishing, snorkeling,scuba,water sports,  exploring uninhabited Islands and many more. 

Island Cottage is located at the south-west coast of the island, just a few steps away from the sea. You will have a great view of the island from the guesthouse balcony and see the sun set on the horizon.

We currently offer 5 rooms each with a king-size bed and modern furniture. All our rooms are equipped with remote controlled air conditioning, overhead ceiling fan and are well ventilated. Each room has a balcony and an attached bathroom with stylish amenities such as water heater and rain showers.

Guests can also enjoy themselves in the lobby which provides free wi-fi internet access, cable television, and a common kitchenette.

We provide our customers many in-hotel services which includes Room service, Babysitting, Laundry, Ironing, Currency exchange, Local guides, Tour desk, Wi-fi internet access, Private check-in/out and many more.

transport:There will be a daily local ferry from Male’ to Maafushi (our location) leaving at 3:00 pm every weekdays except Fridays.A one way trip in this ferry will cost USD 2/- or Rf 30/-  per person. The ferry will go back to Male’ at 7:30 am in the morning on every weekday except Fridays.If you arrive Male’  after the departure of the local ferry, you can either stay one night in Male’ (the Capital City of Maldives) until the next ferry or you can hire a speed boat.

Speed boat will be available on request any day of the week. Journey on a speed boat will take around 25 minutes to reach us. The cost for the speed boat is USD 200/- per one way trip.
