Upon arrival, guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation. If none of the guests is the owner of the credit card used for the reservation, the property must be contacted in advance. Once the free cancellation period has ended, and even if the reservation does not require advance payment, the hotel may send a link to a secure payment platform to pay the amount of the stay.
