To ensure a harmonious coexistence, please keep the following rules in mind: Access and Stay Pets are only allowed in designated areas. Pets must be under constant supervision by their owners and cannot be left unattended in guest rooms or common areas. Behavior and Control Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets do not disturb other guests with noise, aggressive behavior, or similar issues. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in the hotel's common areas. Hygiene and Cleanliness Please pick up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste in the designated areas. Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture. Size and Quantity For space and safety reasons, only small or medium-sized pets are accepted, unless previously authorized by the hotel. A maximum of one pet per room is allowed, except in authorized exceptions. Owner Responsibility Owners are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required due to their pet's presence. Restricted Areas For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in areas such as the restaurant, pool, or spa. Documentation and Health It is mandatory to present your pet's up-to-date vaccination record at check-in.
