Child Policy: Children up to 12 years old stay free when sharing with adults in existing bedding. Cots and high chairs are free of charge, available on request. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings upon arrival if guests are under 18 years of age and without adult supervision unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation will need to be received by the Goodearth Hotel at least 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid paying a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's accommodation fee, which may be processed through to your credit card to the value equal to 1 night's room rate. All no show rooms will be charged for the first night's accommodation.

This booking is not a prepaid booking, unless otherwise stated, and must be settled on arrival at the hotel. Upon arrival, we require payment for the total amount of your accommodation charges plus valid photo identification. Additionally, a credit card pre-authorisation for $100.00 ($250.00 during weekends, public holidays or special periods) is required as a security bond to cover any incidental expenses incurred during your stay.
