Niseko Grand Hotel is located just a 5-minute drive from Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort, offering a relaxing stay surrounded by nature. Complimentary on-site parking is available for guests. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from JR Niseko Station. A complimentary shuttle service is available between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (reservation required). Guests must reserve by phone by 6:00 PM on the day prior to use, specifying the preferred time and pick-up/drop-off location. Available locations include Niseko Station, Niseko Ikoino Yuyado Iroha, and Niseko Hondori Bus Stop. Same-day reservations are not accepted. Shuttle service is available only for check-in and check-out. Kutchan Station is not serviced. Rooms are available in Japanese-style with futon bedding, Western-style with beds, or a combination of beds and a tatami seating area. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and refrigerator. Renovated in May 2017, the hotel features natural hot spring baths with water flowing directly from the source. Guests can enjoy a unique blend of two types of hot spring water. Both indoor baths and one of the largest open-air baths in the Niseko Kombu Onsen area are available. The open-air bath is mixed-gender, and complimentary yūami wear is provided. A women-only open-air bath is also available. Guests can enjoy a chef’s choice dinner featuring seasonal ingredients and a Japanese set breakfast. Meals may be served in a buffet style depending on circumstances. Additional facilities include a coin launderette and luggage storage.
