Payment Full payment is required prior to arrival. If payment is not received before check-in, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. Due to the busy nature of the guesthouse, early check-in and late check-out are not available. Cancellations & Amendments Bookings may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date, and no-shows, will incur no refund of monies paid. Date changes requested within this window will be considered at management's discretion, subject to availability, and may incur an amendment fee. Guest Numbers Only paying guests (2 guests per room) are permitted on the property. Numbers must not exceed those booked without prior approval. Smoke-Free Property This is a smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping is not permitted anywhere on the grounds, including all rooms, balconies, verandahs, and garden areas. Guests wishing to smoke must do so off the property. Pets Pets are not permitted on the property grounds. Quiet Hours & Behaviour No noise between 8pm and 8am. This property is located in a residential area. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited unless prior arrangements have been made with our events team. Disturbance to other guests or neighbours may result in eviction without a refund.
