Set peacefully by Kwai Noi River, River Kwai Jungle Rafts offers ecologically friendly floating accommodation surrounded by tropical greenery. To enhance the peacefulness and uniqueness of the hotel, rooms that float on a wooden raft use oil lamps and candles instead of electricity. Featuring walls weaved from local bamboo and decorated with wooden furnishings, each traditional-Mon-house style room comes with a mosquito net and en suite bathroom including free toiletries. Rooms also have an outdoor deck with a sun lounger and hammock. Free bottled waters are provided. Guest enjoy jumping in the river right from their rooms. River Kwai Jungle Hotel can assist with planning hikes, boat trips, mountain biking and canoeing down the river. In the evening, the hotel also has live traditional and Mon tribal performances. Thai and local Mon dishes as well as refreshing drinks are served at Jungle Restaurant. Situated in the heart of Sai Yok National Park, River Kwai Resort is just 20 minutes’ from the Phutakian Pier (Resotel Pier) by long-tail boat. Please note that there are no ATM or credit card machines located in the resort. For all purchases, please prepare cash. Please be informed that the property does not provide electricity. During the evenings and night, a lamp will be provided for all guests. === Hotel is accessible by boat at Phutakian pier. GPS coordinates are: N 14.281035, E 99.000796. The boat transfer service is available every hour from 08:00-18:00 hrs. === Outside of the above hours only private boat rental available for 1,200 Baht / boat / trip. Please note that the standard check-in and check-out time still applies, regardless of their arrival/departure time to/from the resort. Check-in is from 14:00 - 18:00 hrs, while check-out is between 08:00 - 12:00 hrs.
