Positive There is menu option for lunch and dinner (14 and 19 euros respectively) which is ok for a 4 stars hotel. All staff, except one were very kind. Negative They did not find my reservation in their system but luckily I had it printed. I asked twice for a non-smoker room and they gave me one for the first night. After I complained next day they gave me a non-smoker one right away. SMOKER FLOORS: 1st and 2nd
