Positive I ordered a room which should be accessible for a wheelchair user. I got a perfectly equipped room with 'connection-door' to another room where my assistant could sleep - and I should only pay for 1 room. Excellent!! Negative I made a note on my order on hotel.de and asked the hotel to confirm directly to me that a room for a wheelchair user has been booked. The hotel didn't confirm this and I had to find their email adress and send them an email directly (which they answered)
