Positive The staff were extremely friendly. I had to leave very early in the morning, so consequently would have missed breakfast. The receptionist put some croissants and fruit in my room, which was very kind and much appreciated. Negative The floorboards in the room above creaked and I could hear the person(s) above walking around their room for the majority of the evening, which made it very hard to sleep.
