Evaluations of Trust Hotel & Appartments
OK for one or 2 nights, otherwise would recommend choosing another hotel.
Older furniture and equipment.
No Hot water, No lift to the 4th floor, very noisy floors
nearness to U-Bahn station
1. No hot water on some days 2. No water bottle 3. WiFi password and info only works at room 4. No breakfast readiness by the stated time and variety in breakfast is close to nothing
Location - Right on the UBahn (1 stop away from Fe which also connects to the SBahn/Bus) or you can also walk to Fe which is roughly ~15 mins. Food - Lots of varieties and really good restaurant options nearby. Area - It's a smaller, community-like with a good number of places and marketplaces to visit. Internet Connection. Staff was OK.
Noise - Clock tower in the next building rings every 15 mins and 'x' number of times on the hour which can be a pain for light sleepers like myself. Also with cars and people it could get a bit noisy during evenings. Floors tend to creak, so you might hear it when you or people above you walk around. Facilities - The place seems very outdated, some things are worn out and no air conditioning, would only recommend this place as a last-resort option due to the very small pros it has. Breakfast - Limited options. E.g. 2 cereal types, some fruit, some bread, yogurt, coffee, juice and slices of cheese/ham/salami etc. Check In - Check in is at 1. But by that time reception is closed. So you must buzz in at the door, ask to check in, you'll be asked for basic info to look you up and if it's correct they'll remotely unlock the door so you can open it. Then you grab your envelope which has your WiFi login info in a receipt and the key which has your room number. Then you walk back out, close the door and enter around the back of the building which is the reception for another hotel. This confused me initially, but it seems both hotels share a common connection tower you could call it. So just walk in, up the stairs and find your room number, the 'hallway doors' are labelled by hotel name. This 'trust hotel' is actually labelled as 'Geiger Hotel' at least it was when I went.
hotel location : very next to Ubahn station and there are food outlets and bakery nearby.
>>Receptionist not available from 6pm-6am.. >>No extension available in rooms. Hence we need to walk around the building for every question. >>Very very limited number of options for breakfast. Only cornflakes, milk, 3 type bread and 1 juice available. >> no shelf or hanger in bathrooms
Not a big room. The Bathroom is not so good.
Nothing to Like in this hotel,
Hello Bosch Team, Please don't provide this hotel to anyone staying in Germany. The room which is given to me is without WC and it is very small, the locks and the handle in the door is also broken.
Staff was friendly, very good location
Definitely not a 100EUR+/night hotel.
Poor & expensive breakfast
close to Feuerbach and a nice walk to the office
There was a problem with receiving the key at 7 pm.
