Positive Proximity to Old Town Scottsdale Negative There are many. Bad security. Noise. AC doesn't work and wasn't fixed after I requested it. Bad breakfast choices. located on a parking lot of an old strip center. So, sitting at the pool...that's your view. Has the feel of a cheap motel.
