My Sister and I were very impressed with all areas of the hotel, the beds were luxurious, the wet room wonderful....... The staff were friendly with nothing being too much trouble, we have the utmost respect for David, the Duty manager and for Hayley, they both are a credit and value to the Travel Lodge Rugby......If there is a downside, the Chef needs extra training as he constantly over cooked many of the meals, despite that however, my Sister and I will return in December....... Well done one and all for giving Helen and I a trip to remember ........ Kind regards Linda Denham-Larholt

I liked that the location was adequate for the interview I had in the morning hence why I booked this one.

I turned up to the hotel to be told they double booked my room and hadn't any space for me. Therefore got shifted to another one 7 miles away. Which was so inconvenient in the morning for my interview. The staff basically just told me yeah you ain't getting a room which was really bad. And the best part was meeting the taxi driver that took me to the nearby one. Also the nearby one was useless and had no signal for my phone. So couldn't do anything. New to rugby I never had a taxi number and asked someone to phone a taxi for me in the morning where they didn't know any numbers or where the yellow pages were. It was a nightmare. Still owe me £10 for that taxi aswell

Staff very friendly

The food was awful! I had a beef burger. I think it was cooked in the microwave. It was impossible to chew the "meat".
