Positive The staff was nice the room was good and got plenty of tea and coffee ? well needed! I had plenty of peace to put my feet ? up watch some telly I had a business commitment the next day... I did not want to get up the bed was cosy! Negative I did not like the fact that if someone accidently left the towels on the rack then I may be using a dirty towel but understand they are helping the environment and will have to trust that people will put used towels in the bath to be washed
