Positive The main positive was the pleasant and competent quality of the staff, from the manager, who introduced himself and all of his friendly colleagues. At all times in the dining and reception areas they were attentive in anticipating such minor problems as a Negative The physical location of the hotel, bounded by major roads and a railway line meant that the environment was not a always quiet one. The room was very well kept, but the plumbing, while effective, looked a little tired and ripe for refurbishment.
