Evaluations of TRAVELODGE LONDON COVENT GARDEN
You cannot find a best location than this one.
The room wasn't cleaned properly. The staff was not friendly (when you could find some staff). The facilities in general are really old.
airco works good quit room location: close to underground & nearby many sightseeing s
check-in only possible after 3pm no adaptor available for UK<->EU current asked in advance for 2 single beds, but got a one queen bed stayed 2 nights: room was not cleaned after 1st night
AC, quiet, and dark. Easy check in and out.
Small and spartan room.
Good location, price for family.
Very noisy building site next door. Not enough towels. TV not working. All fixed on site within one hour. Windows very dirty (OK its London).
3rd stay at this property. Very easy to reach from Holborn station. I look forward to the view and request high floors. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is extra. The rooms are quite large and enough room to dance.
Good location, near to the theatrical area. Staff were very helpful.
Good location. Clean. Efficient. Basic. Decent decor. No noisy corridor incidents that can happen in many hotels. Close to Theatreland / Covent Garden etc. Recommended ... as a good base of operations.
We were given a disabled room without any notification. Not a bit deal as room was bigger so didn't make a fuss. Just would have liked to be informed as to the reason ...
The location was perfect
Staff were not efficient dealing with a request for towels. I had to come back down to the desk from my room as they did not send them to me as agreed. Not helpful or polite.
It's a few minutes walk out of Covent Garden, room was ok, had trouble getting in, eventually the had to let me in as battery had gone on the card reader on the door. Breakfast was nice, free for kids when having full breakfast. The only let down was lack of left luggage facility. I left it at Charing Cross station for £12.50 but would rather not have to pay. Not sure if this is the norm in London.
Lack of left luggage facility
