Evaluations of TRAVELODGE LONDON COVENT GARDEN
3rd stay at this property. Very easy to reach from Holborn station. I look forward to the view and request high floors. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is extra. The rooms are quite large and enough room to dance.
Good location, near to the theatrical area. Staff were very helpful.
Good location. Clean. Efficient. Basic. Decent decor. No noisy corridor incidents that can happen in many hotels. Close to Theatreland / Covent Garden etc. Recommended ... as a good base of operations.
We were given a disabled room without any notification. Not a bit deal as room was bigger so didn't make a fuss. Just would have liked to be informed as to the reason ...
The location was perfect
Staff were not efficient dealing with a request for towels. I had to come back down to the desk from my room as they did not send them to me as agreed. Not helpful or polite.
It's a few minutes walk out of Covent Garden, room was ok, had trouble getting in, eventually the had to let me in as battery had gone on the card reader on the door. Breakfast was nice, free for kids when having full breakfast. The only let down was lack of left luggage facility. I left it at Charing Cross station for £12.50 but would rather not have to pay. Not sure if this is the norm in London.
Lack of left luggage facility
Excellent location for West End, Oxford Street as well as Covent Garden. Staff were extremely helpful and hotel provided a good base for our stay. The availability of food and drink well into the night was an added bonus. Hotel room was basic but clean and tidy and better value for money than other hotels within the same area.
No issues - everything went as expected.
Well situated near many attractions. Excellent views from top floor rooms.
An older building (1970s?) that needs a minor tidy up. Some windows in the corridors leaked.
Exceptionally clean room. A very comfortable bed and although in central London it was very quiet and restful.
I think it would have been useful to have a mirror close to the sockets so you can dry your hair and see what your doing close up.
Good location, fast check in, comfy bed.
Late check in time, no additionals at the desk like tooth paste. No consideration for allergens. No lactose free milk or decaf for tea coffee facilities. No gluten free bread for toast at breakfast.
